Cottonwood Grille is a casually elegant, fine dining restaurant featuring contemporary American cuisine with a focus on local products, in a relaxing riverside setting. Local specialties include fresh buffalo, elk, venison, lamb, trout, pork and seasonal fresh vegetables as well as wine from several local wineries. Also available are certified 'prime' grade beef and fresh seafood from around the world. Prime Beef is the highest grade of beef the USA certifies. We age ours on-site for outstanding flavor, then butcher it ourselves. Cottonwood Grille offers an award wining wine list, featuring unique and limited wines as well as daily favorites. The service staff at Cottonwood Grille is rigorously trained in all aspects of food and wine service. We pride ourselves on the warmer ambiance of Cottonwood Grille. Looking over the Boise River, surrounded by sandstone, alder wood, and luxurious furnishings, one can’t help but feel at home in this magnificent space.
